Service Agreement

Service Agreement

The service provider does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. You agree that the service provider may cancel the service at any time. You agree that you accept the fragility of this agreement. You agree that you consider this agreement a beautiful agreement, that you take up this agreement as a sole risk, as a bird without eyes. You agree that you accept the application “as is,” “as available,” that you will breathe, live, love with the application. You agree that you will use the application with the greatest wisdom available, that you will take the application between your hands, that you will kiss the application, that you will love the application without possessiveness, without jealousy of another. You agree that you accept the service provider as the best possible service provider. You agree that your use of the application will not be free from loss, corruption, attack, interference or other intrusion upon your joy. The service provider holds no business interest in anger, hatred, sadness. The service provider makes your joy available to the best of its resources and abilities. You agree that your joy will be derived from the imperfection of the service provided. You agree to all terms effective until terminated by service provider. You agree that upon termination all use of the licensed application and its content shall cease.
